His Excellency former President Macky Sall of Senegal officially inaugurated the International Exhibition of the Prophet's Biography in the capital Dakar during a presidential ceremony, recognizing this distinguished Islamic civilizational project as a historic milestone in serving the Prophet's biography.

The President expressed his profound happiness at opening this significant exhibition in his country, praising the Muslim World League's efforts in showcasing Islamic values embodied in the noble Prophet's biography through cutting-edge display technologies. He highlighted the strong relations between the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the Republic of Senegal, emphasizing continued efforts to enhance civilizational exchange between the two nations and his aspiration for further joint initiatives serving the Islamic world.

The inauguration was attended by His Excellency Dr. Abdulrahman Al-Zaid, Deputy Secretary-General of the Muslim World League, along with several prominent African scholars and government officials.

This marks another addition to the global network of Prophet's Biography Museums, originating from the main headquarters in Madinah under the supervision of the Muslim World League. The initiative aims to introduce the biography of our noble Prophet (peace be upon him) – including its guiding values for the straightest path – to enhance Islamic awareness of his teachings, expose extremist distortions falsely attributed to Islam (particularly those misrepresenting our Prophet's biography, upon whom be the finest blessings and peace), and highlight our Islamic civilization from its pure origins and noble guidance.

The International Prophet's Biography and Islamic Civilization Museums – with their permanent and traveling branches – represent an unprecedented initiative in presenting Islamic history through authenticated scholarly sources, peer-reviewed research, and state-of-the-art display technologies, offering visitors worldwide insights into Islamic values while countering misconceptions.

Dr. Al-Zaid confirmed this exhibition joins the global network supervised by His Excellency Sheikh Dr. Mohammed bin Abdulkarim Al-Issa, Secretary-General of the Muslim World League. It features over twenty diverse pavilions on the Prophet's biography and Islamic civilization, alongside artifacts and models bringing Islamic history to life – particularly recreating the mental image of Makkah and Madinah during the Prophet's era.

The exhibition includes interactive cinema halls and displays on cosmology and environment, plus innovative installations like the Sacred Chamber panorama and the Prophet's pulpit featuring advanced VR and 3D technologies. These advanced technologies allow visitors to fully immerse themselves in the dimensions of the Prophet's biography, Islamic historical scenes and relics. They can interact with and become completely absorbed in these displays, creating a living civilizational experience. This provides an inspiring and enjoyable educational addition that reveals numerous historical landmarks and artifacts mentioned in the biography of the noble Prophet (peace be upon him).
