Monday, May 23, 2022 – His Excellency Mr. Mustafa Şentop, Speaker of the Turkish Parliament, accompanied by an official delegation, visited the headquarters of the International Fair and Museum of the Prophet’s Biography and Islamic Civilization of the Prophet's Biography and Islamic Civilization in Madinah. The visit was conducted under the supervision of the Muslim World League, with the gracious patronage and direct oversight of His Excellency Sheikh Dr. Mohammed bin Abdulkarim Al-Issa, Secretary-General of the Muslim World League (may Allah preserve him).
During the tour, His Excellency explored the exhibition halls, beginning with the "Allah the Almighty – Lord of Praise and Glory" section, followed by the "Prophets (peace be upon them)" pavilion, and proceeding through the civilizational models, modern atlases, and peer-reviewed encyclopedias.
In a recorded statement, Speaker Şentop remarked: "We have heard much about this civilizational landmark that presents the biography of the Prophet (peace be upon him), and today we were fortunate to visit it. Truly, this exceptional museum is a magnificent project that showcases the Prophet's biography (peace be upon him) through modern technological displays in an engaging manner that is easily understood by all. I commend everyone involved in developing this moderate and balanced project. What makes this exhibition truly unique, in my view, is its multilingual accessibility, with content translated into several global languages."
He concluded by saying: "While many classical works have been written about the Prophet's biography (peace be upon him), people today—especially youth—often find these traditional texts challenging to comprehend without such innovative global exhibitions. Modern audiences demand contemporary presentation methods, and here we see vast scholarly knowledge displayed through creative, advanced techniques. I thank the organizers of this blessed initiative and pray to Allah Almighty to bless these efforts in spreading the Prophet's biography (peace be upon him) worldwide."
